I played on this song on a session with DJ Khalil and Jon. The song is so sincere and gentle and I wanted to match that with what I played. As the song goes on and gets bigger I was able to add some movement on bass and do things I learned from learning James Jamerson bass parts. Jon was so positive and really great to work with.
