DJ Khalil had me play bas and guitar on this track that once again came from Dontae Winslow. At the time, there were no vocals on it. Later it was recorded by Kendrick Lamar and ended up on the Target version of Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City. It's sort of like a hidden track and mostly Kendrick superfans know about it. For me, as a jazz head I love that the chorus has the lyric, "blow it like Coltrane."
